Every programme we run starts with your real situation. We talk to your people, look at the pressures they face, and design sessions that address those pressures directly. Here is an overview of our core services.
One-to-one executive coaching
Six-session blocks, each 90 minutes, spaced fortnightly. You work with one coach on a specific challenge: stepping into a bigger role, handling conflict, or rebuilding trust after a restructure. Between sessions you apply what you discussed, then we review what happened.
Team leadership workshops
Full-day or half-day sessions for intact teams of 6 to 18. We cover topics like giving direct feedback, running meetings that produce decisions, and delegating without micro-managing. Each workshop ends with written commitments that participants share with each other.
New-manager foundations programme
A 12-week group programme for people who have recently been promoted into their first management role. Cohorts of 8 to 12 meet weekly for two hours. Topics include setting expectations, having difficult conversations, and understanding what your team actually needs from you rather than what you assume they need.
Strategy facilitation days
When your leadership team needs to make a big decision together, an outside facilitator keeps the conversation honest. We design the agenda, manage energy and time, and capture actions. Most clients book one or two of these per year, often at turning points like budget planning or post-acquisition integration.
Why clients keep coming back
We have worked with over 140 managers since 2018. About 60 percent of our revenue comes from repeat clients or their referrals, which tells us something about whether the work sticks.
Our coaches have backgrounds in operational management, not just psychology or HR. That means they understand the pressure of hitting a quarterly target while trying to develop people at the same time. They have sat in the chair.
We are based in Scotland but deliver across the UK, both in-person and online. For in-person workshops we travel to your site. Online sessions run on Zoom or Teams, whichever your organisation already uses.
Pricing is transparent. A six-session coaching block costs £2,400 plus VAT. Full-day workshops start at £1,800 for groups up to 12. We publish these figures because hidden pricing wastes everyone's time.
